Jeremy Holloway, PhD, Tellegacy Founder, Professor

Dr. Jeremy Holloway is a Geriatric Professor and Director of Geriatric Education at the University of North Dakota.   He specializes in resiliency, self-efficacy, and connectedness of individuals. His curriculum helps combat the Social Isolation and Loneliness of older adults.  He is also a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion leader and curriculum specialist with 20 years of professional and global experience. Dr. Holloway has started an intergenerational and interdisciplinary program focused on decreasing the sense of isolation and loneliness of older adults. Dr. Holloway has led strategic planning, program design, and assisted in the implementation for over 30 groups and organizations, in 10 countries for multiple organizations and sectors of healthcare, business, church ministries, and higher education.

Kayla Holloway, Certified Nursing Specialist

Kayla Holloway is a certified and registered nursing specialist with 10 years of experience, certified in ACLS, CPR, AED, and BLS.  Kayla has worked in the OB, cardiac, and has years of experience as a travel nurse, online support, and telehealth training.  Kayla enjoys assisting and empowering a diverse group of individuals.  Kayla advocates for helping the whole person and coaching to encourage the highest quality of life and wellbeing for each individual.

Jennifer Knapp, Licensed Clinical Counselor and Licensed Social Worker

Jennifer has worked as a certified counselor and social worker for over 10 years in psychiatric hospitals, community mental health agencies, and now is in private practice working with young adults and geriatric populations who are counseling those wanting to overcome personal obstacles that life brings and to improve their quality of life and relationships. Jennifer also provides educational trainings on how somatic therapies, specifically Dance/Movement Therapy is influential in addressing the life changes of individuals, moving them from anxiety, stress, and depression to more harmony, wholeness, and over wellbeing and satisfaction of life.

Joshua Freitas, Memory and Dementia Care Specialist

Joshua J. Freitas is an award-winning memory care program developer, researcher, and author. His care and training philosophies have been featured in prominent publications, including Long-Term Living Magazine, Healthcare Provider Magazine, Science Today Magazine, television talk shows, and much more. Freitas serves as the Vice President of Program Development at CERTUS Senior Living where he oversees memory care philosophy and initiatives throughout the company.
Currently, Freitas is a Doctoral student at California Institute of Integral Studies where he focuses on Transformative Gerontology and Aging Neuroscience. Freitas holds five certifications related to dementia care. His education includes studying Non-Pharmacological Healthcare at Lesley University, Healthcare Economics at Harvard University, and Music Education and Music Therapy at Berklee College of Music.

Gary Malcom, Chief Business Development Officer

For more than 25 years, Gary has been a successful Director of Operations, General Manager, and Entrepreneur, developing multiple businesses and training thousands of people. His passion is moving companies and the people who own them forward, from long-standing traditional brick & mortar to tech startups. Gary enjoys speaking, training, developing, and coaching, helping others discover rewarding professional success and unprecedented personal fulfillment.

Brandon Reiter, CEO of Skyview CFO

Brandon worked as a banker at JP Morgan Chase in NYC. He then went on to work as the Finance Director for a premier summer camp. During the global pandemic, Brandon helped the camp navigate and plan after a year of no revenue. He spoke to other industry leaders, assisting them with their own fiscal strategies. His passion for helping small businesses when they need it most, sparked him to start Skyview CFO, where he currently assists over a dozen small businesses in strategic financial planning.

Dominic Francese, Chaplain

Dominic Francese is a veteran pastor, chaplain, and evangelistic musical performer.  He currently serves as full-time Chaplain at Fox Run Retirement Community in Novi, MI, and as part-time Sr. Pastor at Solid Rock Church in Blissfield, MI.  In addition, visitors to www.biblepop.com and www.cowboychurchonline.com will note his expertise with regard to entertainment-based evangelism.  His Master of Divinity degree is from Regent University in Virginia Beach, his chaplaincy ordination is from the Christian & Missionary Alliance, his pastoral licensure is with the Missionary Church, USA, and his donor-based online and performance ministries are under the auspices of Artists in Christian Testimony, International, in Nashville.  Dominic lives with his wife Kim in Milford, MI, and their four grown daughters reside out-of-state.
